Do you provide meet-and-greet services at the airport?
Yes, our airport transfer service includes a complimentary meet-and-greet option. Your chauffeur will wait for you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name, assist with luggage, and escort you directly to your vehicle.
What types of vehicles are available for rent?
Our rental fleet includes a variety of well-maintained vehicles: Economy and Compact Cars, Mid-size Sedans, Luxury Vehicles, SUVs, and People Carriers/Vans. Specific vehicle availability can be confirmed at the time of booking.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and trained?
Absolutely. All Easy Transit chauffeurs are fully licensed, professionally trained, and undergo regular background checks. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and trained in customer service and defensive driving.
Do you service areas outside of Harare?

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure vehicle availability, especially for airport transfers, special events, or during peak seasons. Same-day bookings are often available, subject to fleet availability.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide: Full name, contact number, email address, pickup date/time & location, drop-off location, flight number (for airport transfers), number of passengers, and any special requests (e.g., child seats).
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, modifications and cancellations can be made by contacting our support team. Please refer to our Terms of Service for specific policies regarding cancellation fees and notice periods.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport transfers, we monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. There is a standard waiting period included after the flight lands.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are available upon request at an additional fee. Please specify the age and weight of the child when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience. You can pay securely online via our platform using credit/debit cards or digital wallets. Alternatively, you can choose to pay in cash or by card directly to the chauffeur upon arrival.
Is the price quoted all-inclusive?
Yes, the price quoted during booking is all-inclusive and covers the journey, tolls, and the standard waiting time. It does not include optional extras like gratuity (which is at your discretion) or additional stops not included in the original booking.
Do you offer corporate accounts or billing?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by service type. Generally, free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for most services. Cancellations made closer to the pickup time may incur a fee. Full details are available in our booking terms.
Can I get a receipt for my journey?
Yes, a digital receipt will be automatically emailed to you after completion of your journey. For corporate accounts, detailed monthly statements are provided.
