Booking confirmation
Once your booking request have been received your booking confirmation will be send to you via email or whatsapp. A vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and luggage specified will be provided for your transfer

Payment for your airport transfer
You will get an online quote first via the website, whatsapp or email. Cash and card payments can be done at pick up or drop off point. In the event the card payment fails due to other reasons beyond our control, the client will be required to pay cash. Payments via money transfer agencies like mukuru, western union, World remit etc should be done before pick up. Also payments via bank or payment via paylink should be done before pick up.

Waiting charge at the airport
For a pick up at the airport we offer free waiting time up to 90mins from the time you land at the airport. Waiting charge after 90mins will be $15 first 30mins, $25 up to 60mins.

Waiting charge from other places other than the airport
We offer free 10mins waiting time at your pick up point after your scheduled pick up time. Waiting charge at your pick up point will be $10 up to 15mins, $15 up to 30mins, $25 up to 60mins

How to identify the driver at the airport
Our driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name for easier identification. Our drivers will be putting on branded shirts with name of the driver.

How to identify the driver or your vehicle at other places other than the airport.
The office will advise the vehicle registration number and sometimes the driver's contact number will be shared to you as well. The vehicle will also have sticker with the company logo.
